Shipping policy

ORDER PRODUCTION

All Soft Tide physical fine art prints are professionally produced to order. Orders enter production shortly after payment is confirmed, so changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is not included in the product price. The shipping cost is calculated according to the print size and delivery destination and is shown at checkout before payment.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMES

Production and delivery times vary depending on the print size and destination. Any delivery timeframe provided is an estimate and may be affected by production demand, carrier delays, customs processing, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

TRACKING

Tracking details will be emailed when they are available from the delivery provider. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship to Australia and selected international destinations available at checkout. We do not currently ship to Great Britain or countries within the European Economic Area.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or other local fees that may apply, unless these charges are specifically shown and collected at checkout.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or fulfilment has begun.

DELIVERY OR ORDER ISSUES

If your order is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please email info@softtide.com.au with your order number and details of the issue.

For damaged, defective or incorrect orders, please also include clear photographs of the print and packaging. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection law.
